John Pititto - Partner

Mead Partners (Chartered Accounting Practice)

Mead Partners had made several attempts, over the years, to grow their Business Advisory Services but these failed to gain the traction for which they were looking. These attempts involved acquiring and learning new financial reporting software. When I met the partners, they had recently admitted a new partner and were going through an acquisition to bulk up fees. This acquisition, ultimately, failed so they embraced the Profitable Conversations Program to both address their desire to move into Business Advisory, what they saw as being the future of their practice, and to grow their fees.

We are now achieving the targets that we want to achieve within the business.”
“Going through the acquisition phase is now totally off the radar.

Shaun Borg - Partner

Mead Partners (Chartered Accounting Practice)

Shaun is the newest partner admitted to the practice. When I met him, he had a strong understanding of tax and accounting compliance but, by his own admission, lacked confidence in and was not sure how to approach the Business Advisory space. He was keen to be a significant contributor to both clients and the firm and wanted to get to that position sooner rather than later. Unfortunately, neither he nor the firm had a real understanding of how this could be achieved.

Profitable Conversations and working with Warwick has really had a positive impact on my development in the firm.” “Warwick has really provided me with invaluable knowledge and tools I had never been able obtain from tertiary studies or my studies at the CA.

Elias Lebbos - Chief Executive Officer

Travellers’ Aid Australia (Not-for-Profit)

Linnergy was engaged to work with Travellers’ Aid to facilitate the development of the organisation’s ten-year strategic plan. The organisation had grown substantially under Elias’ guidance and it was now time to lift the gaze and start looking at longer-term positioning for the organisation. The process involved interviewing a large number of stakeholders – both external (e.g. PTV, Metro, Yarra Trams, Academic Researchers etc.) and internal (Board, management and team members).

The goal was not only to develop a concise ten-year strategic plan for the organisation but also to imbed strategic thinking into all levels of the organisation. To enable the organisation to keep building on the plan long after my assignment had finished.

He has certainly left a legacy for us to ensure we have some greater capability in strategic planning and thinking in our organisation.

Maria Groner - Operations Manager

Travellers’ Aid Australia (Not-for-Profit)

As the manager of the operations team Maria oversees the entire operations team. Her team are a vital part of the translation of the ten-year strategic plan into operational reality. The Travellers’ Aid strategic plan which required the organisation to take a much stronger leadership position in the market. As such Maria was keen to make sure she could lead and develop her team in the context of the new plan.

I was engaged to coach Maria one on one and also to run several workshops with her team. This has produced some strong outcomes for both Maria and her team.

He was very keen on me building lasting change. So rather than providing short-term input it has become a real journey for me. To form new habits and incorporate new habits into my work-life but also reflecting onto my personal life, which has been really beneficial to me and for those around me.

Warwick is more than an ideas man. While he does have plenty of ideas, its the ability to transform concepts to action that stands him apart from the crowd. I couldn’t speak highly enough of his character, and the work that he does reflects his personal integrity and values.
